Espresso Bundt Cakes

How to Make Espresso Bundt Cakes


  • For Bundt Cakes:
    • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 c. brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 c. Double Espresso High Brew 
    • 1/4 c. whole milk
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • For Bundt Cake Filling:
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon 
    • For Glaze:
      • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
      • 2 tsp Double Espresso High Brew Coffee
      • 2 tsp whole milk


      • Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini bundt cake pan with cooking spray
      • In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients for bundt cakes, set aside
      • In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients for bundt cakes and fold into dry ingredients until well combined - Batter will be thick 
      • In a small bowl mix the bundt cake filling ingredients
      • Pour a tbsp of batter into each bundt cake cup
      • Sprinkle 1 tsp of bundt cake filling on top of each cup of batter
      • Top with remaining batter until each cup is about 3/4 full 
      • Bake 12-14 minutes 
      • Meanwhile, mix all glaze ingredients in small bowl 
      • Once bundt cakes are done, cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, drizzle with glaze and enjoy alongside your favorite High Brew!
