1 1⁄2 OZ WHEYWARD SPIRIT
1 OZ HIGH BREW DOUBLE ESPRESSO
1⁄2 OZ KAHLUA
1⁄4 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
1 EGG WHITE
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A SHAKER WITH NO ICE. DRY SHAKE FOR
30-60 SECONDS. ADD ICE AND SHAKE FOR 30 SECONDS. DOUBLE
STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COUPE GLASS, STRAIN FROM HIGH UP TO
ENCOURAGE MORE FOAM. GARNISH WITH A SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON,
COFFEE BEANS OR NUTMEG ON THE FOAM.
